Last week entertainer Ian Jenkins joined Springhill for an afternoon of fun in the Milnshaw Lounge.
Ian’s playlist included some old-time favourites from the 60s, 70s and 80s such as Sweet Caroline and Penny Arcade which got residents in good spirits while they clapped and sang along.
As a firm favourite with residents, Ian always makes sure to put on a good show, getting staff involved by asking them to come up and dance which always amuses everyone.
Shannon, a member of the Springhill lifestyle team, wielded a blow-up guitar while she danced to the Beatles classic, A Hard Day’s Night.
Everyone at Springhill is looking forward to Ian returning for some more rock and roll classics soon.
