We know all our staff work very hard to make sure our residents are well looked after.
Recently one of our nurses, Ann Waring and the team on Ribble View received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a thank you card from the family of a resident to thank them for the wonderful effort and care of their Dad, they commented how their Dads face lit up when Ann was on duty.
