Staff at Springhill Care Home in Accrington are experiencing their very own baby boom at the moment, with a special event to celebrate.
Five members of staff are soon to have babies, and we have arranged a baby shower to help everyone mark the occasion.
The special event took place in the Milnshaw Lounge. All residents and family members were invited, with fun and games, refreshment and cake on the agenda.
Springhill Care Group is no stranger to baby booms – earlier in the year staff at sister care home Birch Green in Skelmersdale celebrated five babies born in 12 months with a further six on the way.
The five mums-to-be are Paige Smith-Phelps, our activities team leader, and healthcare assistants Collette Mellor, Emily Birtwistle, Chelsea Spencer and Amy Hopwood.
We’d like to wish all five ladies the best, and we hope you enjoyed the baby shower.
